Reservation/Booking Procedure

​

PLEASE READ ALL OUR POLICY, DESCRIPTION & LOCATION CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING.

This is a Private, Secluded, Offbeat and Unique Homestay to Spend Quality & Peaceful Time to have a Unique Experience and

NOT A HOTEL/RESORT, HENCE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HOTEL/RESORT LIKE FACILITIES.

  • Booking is subject to the availability of cottage/rooms.

  • To confirm the booking 100% amount of the total package should be paid to the given bank account details at the time of booking/blocking of cottage/rooms.

  • Please note that all as per Government Security Regulations, we are required to collect Guest information in given format along with ID proof (Valid Passport & Visa for Foreigners, Driving License/PAN Card/Aadhar Card/Valid Passport Copy/Voter Card for Indians) at the time of booking.

  • We don't encourage exchange/change of Rooms/Cottage once booked.

  • We don't encourage/accept booking payment on arrival.

  • Any Extension of Check-Out time will be charged as full day room tariff.

  • Early Check Ins, if done before 11 AM, will be charged as full day room tariff deemed held from the previous night. Early Check-In is based on availability of cottage/rooms and can't be guaranteed.

  • All guests NOT HOLDING INDIAN PASSPORT should carry their respective country issued passport with copy of RECENT VALID VISA. This is mandatory as per the rules of the Indian Government.

  • We reserve the rights of admission.

Booking Extension Policy         

​

  • Extension of the stay would be provided on current room rates and are subject to availability.

  • Current room rates may be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.

 
Cancellation & Refund Policy

​

  • We strictly follow NO REFUND POLICY.

  • We will be providing full credits on any cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the arrival/check-in date & time. You will be able to avail of the credited amount for any future bookings at our property.

  • If informed within 7 days of the standard check-in time (11 AM), the entire amount shall be adjusted against the cancellation fee.

  • In case we are unable to host you due to any local or subjective circumstances like Pandemic or Lockdown or Natural Calamity or Govt. Order, We will be providing full credits. You will be able to avail of the credited amount for any future booking at our property.

  • Rescheduling of booking date (Postponement / Preponement) is subject to availability of accommodation/facility.

  • Rescheduling of booking date (Postponement / Preponement) is allowed only once. Once postponed /preponed there is no further change or cancellation and neither any credits.

  • The validity of full credits is 3 months from the date of cancellation.

  •  Transfer of full credit to some other booking is subject to the guest’s written confirmation. Once Transfer of full credit to some other booking there is no further change or cancellation and neither any credits.

  • All Refunds exclude any transaction charges or taxes already paid on the transaction as those are irrecoverable by us. Any review/reconsideration of the above cancellation/refund terms will be at the discretion of the management based on specific situations and occupancy levels during the booking period.

  • The above policy MAY NOT APPLY for full house buy-outs or large bookings (more than 3 rooms). Cancellation policies for those are decided on a situational basis, please contact us directly for more information.

No Show Policy

​

  • We strictly follow NO REFUND for NO SHOW.

  • NO RESCHEDULING of booking date (Postponement / Preponement) for NO SHOW.
